Biscoff Koshari

Our Biscoff Koshari represents a delightful cross-cultural dessert journey, bringing together the rich tradition of Middle Eastern rice pudding with the beloved European spiced cookie. We begin with our signature rice pudding base—a silky, aromatic blend of premium rice slowly simmered with milk, vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon until it achieves the perfect creamy consistency. Each serving is then adorned with a generous layer of crushed Biscoff cookies, adding both visual appeal and a delightful textural contrast to the smooth pudding beneath.

The crowning touch is a lavish drizzle of our house-made Biscoff cream—a silky, pourable version of the iconic cookie spread that captures the distinctive caramelized flavor and warm spice notes of the original cookies. The cream creates beautiful amber swirls throughout the dessert, infusing each spoonful with the unmistakable Biscoff flavor. The interplay between the warm, comforting rice pudding and the distinctive caramel-cinnamon notes of the Biscoff elements creates a dessert that's simultaneously sophisticated and comforting. This fusion creation has quickly become one of our most requested variations, appealing to both traditional Middle Eastern dessert enthusiasts and those with a fondness for the beloved European cookie. For the ultimate experience, pair with our signature Biscoff latte for a perfectly harmonized flavor journey.
